• Biography

  Born into aristocracy, big things were expected from Lazar. He was the second child of five and the second son born to his family. He was always a flirt with the woman even when he was little. He was always loving and compassionate with animals and people up until his mother was killed for treason when he was 12. Although the truth is still unknown if she was or not, the rumor goes that she happened to find out secrets of the government's activities and attempted to sell them to a foreign government. Before she was able to sell the information though she was killed by the government that they lived under without trail or jury.
  
  Following her death, Lazar's father mentally shut down and dove into work despite the 5 children that he had. Looking for attention from his father, Lazar become a rebel and a rascal. Frequently he would pull pranks on his father, family and servants trying to get attention. Only a year later at age 13, his father sent him off to a boarding school to begin his training.
  
  Although he was away from his family, his outcry for attention continued with pranks and bad behavior. At age 16 he began to take a strong interest in woman though and before he knew it he was the man to go to for a very wealthy and powerful woman. At age 19 though, after two years of having an affair with the woman, the scandal finally got out into the public. The woman's name was ruined and after a divorce from the church, her ex husband sent her off back to her family. As for Lazar, his father disowned him leaving nothing to his name. He was no longer allowed to remain in the high standing aristocracy and all but one of his once close friends turned their back on him.
  
  With nothing left, Lazar joined the navy. Lazar quickly became tired of taking orders, swapping the deck, and getting little fighting action or action from the ladies but he managed to hold out and after almost two years in the service he had saved up enough to buy a small, but extremely fast boat. He hired himself a lowly crew and quickly set out as a fresh pirate. He didn't normally fly the pirate flag though. He always had on his original nationalities flag until they were about to attack. With such a small boat though, they had limited targets to attack. Lazar and his crew managed to steal smaller trading boats though and after only a year, now at the age of 22, his little pirate band had russled up and stolen a total of 15 boats.
  
  During this time period, him and his crew had managed to find a small island, 4 miles across east to west and 3 miles north to south at the largest points, a far ride off the coast and turned it into their home base. The island was surrounded by large pockets of coral which was why most boats did not go near the island. Their smaller boats managed to drift over most of the reefs though. There was only one way on and off the island and that was by a small beach that lead up a slow inclining hill to the top of the island. The rest of the island was mostly cliffs which was perfect for a home base. Many people didn't bother them but Lazar had managed to fortify the island so they were fairly safe. They did build a wall at the top of the hill leading upwards, but rather than building a wall at the base to have cannons in to protect the little base, they managed to chisel out small holdings and paths in the cliff sides where cannons were carefully taken and kept encase of an attack. He also had cannons placed at the tops of the cliffs that overlooked the small little bay.
  
  Once he had his 15 small ships, they started going after larger and larger ships. After time at the age of 26, he lead two large well armed ships and 6 smaller ships and also had managed to begin a small town on that island that he had found. So they could get the larger ships into their dock, they unfortunately had to use dinomite to destroy a path through the reefs though. So they made a path around the island so the ships had to carefully and slowly sail around the island to get into the dock. All the while cannons and look out towards were placed all around the island in case someone managed to find out about their path.
  
  Not even two years later, Lazar had managed to get two more large ships, the 6 smaller ships, his own small boat named The Crow, and purchased two small fishing boats for his little town. News had spread across the oceans about his little town and his ruthless pirates. Fortunately no one knew his face though and his pirate name . Any time the navy or someone attacked him, he managed to escape on one of the smaller boats or won, killing and rand-sacking the ships. Occasionally he would keep the boats but him and his crew were content with the ships that they had.
  
  All the while he was building up his pirate name, the press had officially started calling him the Spettro and his crew the faceless, he was variously stopping in at different cities and enjoying his role in the aristocracy by going to operas and occasionally going to open aristocracy parties using his personal boat. He could dress and act the part so they would let him in. While he was on land, he was also making deals with a few small traders for his town. He wouldn't tell them that he was Spettro though. He would always just say he was here in honor of Spettro. That he was the crew. He then would then offer trading the fish his town caught or the crops that they grew in turn for goods they needed or wanted. Of course, he wouldn't give them the coordinates of the island. They would meet in the middle of the ocean and then trade. He always made sure that the traders were well endowed for their troubles though and he gave them a special a special flag to fly so his crew knew not to attack them. It had worked so far and they hadn't been ratted out.
